I planned to tour Sri Lanka in late December 2019 and I am with my wife wanted to CROSS OVER to 2020 in Sri Lanka. We planned to the tour... read more two months in advance. My wife found a contact of a driver through a forum and we selected an itinerary sent by him. We agreed a quote and we wanted to book the hotels by him self. But, at the last minute, just before one week, he started showing us hidden charges and unprofessional negotiations. Finally, we had to drop him. It was only three days and we booked our tickets too. We almost cancelled our tour. Fortunately, we found a tour operator in Sri Lanka through a recommendation. They finalized our 10 days tour within 2 hours in the middle of Christmas and offered the best price we were quoted. Their itinerary was included wild life, culture, food tasting, adventure and most importantly " HIDDEN PLACES " which were isolated from tourists. Less crowded natural pools, nice hotels in the middle of the forest, calm beaches, turtle hatcheries are few of them. They ran an extra mile for us and they made an impossible to possible during the Christmas eve. Our CROSS OVER to 2020 was an amazing experience. Their trust on us was unbelievable and we had a doubt about paying an advance due to last experience and due to last minute confidence, they asked us to pay on arrival. This was not serving us and it was CARING. I decided to log in to TA and tell this story to all travelers as a tribute to them. I will recommend them to all Australians and my UK natives and friends.
